The WATDA Employment Application is an employment application form specifically designed for automobile dealerships. It features plain language disclosure of applicant and dealership rights, and separate authorization areas for references, drug testing, and employment-at-will disclosures. In addition the employment application provides check boxes for various dealership functions so hiring personnel can see dealership work experience at a glance. The employment application also provides five spaces for employment history and three requested references. The employment application does not contain questions often found on employment applications that may be used to discriminate against applicants thus protecting dealerships from unwanted legal action.
