Consumer Motor Vehicle Lease Agreement

The WBA 436 CONS Motor Vehicle Lease Agreement is a consumer lease form published and distributed by the Wisconsin Bankers Association. It also may be acquired through WATDA Services, Inc. The WBA 436 CONS may be used to consummate the lease transaction when the leased vehicle is delivered. It is the form that many Wisconsin banks and other sales finance companies who purchase motor vehicle consumer leases want Wisconsin dealers to use. It also may be used to consummate Motor Vehicle Lease Agreements where the dealership will hold the lease. Note: Comparable Motor Vehicle Lease Agreements are supplied to dealers by sales finance companies who take assignment of leases on an indirect basis, e.g., manufacturer captive finance companies.
