Motor Vehicle Lease Agreement Stamp

The stamp for Prelease Agreement Disclosure is a stamp to be used on the Disclosure Statement that must be provided to the customer before a Prelease Agreement is signed. It explains the purpose of the disclosure statement and contains the customer's acknowledgement that he/she received the required disclosures before signing the Prelease Agreement. The stamp should be used on both the customer copy and the file copy of the Disclosure Statement. The stamp is a rubber stamp to be used with an ink pad. Size: 4" x 2".
