Motor Vehicle Lease Agreement Label

The label for Prelease Agreement Disclosure is a label to be used on the Disclosure Statement that must be provided to the customer before a Prelease Agreement is signed. It explains the purpose of the disclosure statement and contains the customer's acknowledgement that he/she received the required disclosures before signing the Prelease Agreement. The label should be used on both the customer copy and the file copy of the Disclosure Statement. The label is pressure sensitive opaque white litho stock.
