Motor Vehicle Lease Order Form, 100/pkg

The Motor Vehicle Lease Order is a form that dealerships use to take the customer's order for a lease vehicle and to document the basic terms of the proposed lease transaction. This form does not provide the customer with the detailed disclosures that federal and state laws require be given to the customer before he or she signs a binding Motor Vehicle Prelease Agreement or the actual Motor Vehicle Lease Agreement. Therefore, the customer's signature on Form 13B does not bind the customer to enter into a lease. Form 13B also doesn't not bind the dealership if a sales finance company (i.e. third party lessor) with which the dealer does business will not approve the customer's credit and agree to accept assignment of a Motor Vehicle Lease Agreement between the dealer and the customer that includes the terms entered on Form 13B. The Motor Vehicle Lease Order Form is a four part carbonless form with a top stub for easy insertion into computer printers and typewriters.
