Motor Vehicle Prelease Agreement, 100/pkg

The Motor Vehicle Prelease Agreement may be used to bind a prospective lessee, prior to the availability of the vehicle for delivery, to enter into a Motor Vehicle Lease Agreement on disclosed terms. It must be used with a separate Disclosure Statement that contains all the prelease disclosures required by federal and state laws. It also binds the dealership to the disclosed terms. If the dealership cannot get credit approval for the customer on those terms, the dealership may cancel the Prelease Agreement if it notifies the customer of the cancellation in writing ten business days after the Prelease Agreement is signed. The Motor Vehicle Prelease Agreement is solely for creating a binding agreement. If you want to write up a lease but are not interested in pursuing penalties should the customer not accept delivery of the vehicle the Motor Vehicle Lease Order Form (Form 13B) is appropriate. The Motor Vehicle Prelease Agreement is a four part carbonless form with a top stub for easy insertion into computer printers and typewriters.
