Public Liability Ins Disc, 100/pkg

A dealer arranging financing is required to notify the consumer at the time the retail installment contract is executed whether the vehicle is, or is not, covered by public liability insurance. The dealer must obtain, on a form separate from the retail installment contract, a signed acknowledgement from the buyer that he or she has been notified that the contract does, or does not include public liability insurance. The Liability Insurance Disclosure form provides the required notification to the customer in an easy to understand manner. The Liability Insurance Disclosure is a three part carbonless form.
