Voluntary Medium/Heavy Duty Disclosure, 100/pkg

Heavy duty truck dealers are not required to display a Wisconsin Buyer's Guide (formerly Used Vehicle Disclosure Label) in vehicles over 16,000 lbs. GVW. Many truck dealers have expressed an interest in providing a voluntary label for sales information. With extensive input from the WATDA Truck Council, WATDA has designed a Voluntary Medium/Heavy Duty Vehicle Disclosure Label. Use of this form is strictly voluntary and is stated as such on the face of the form. Voluntary Medium/Heavy Duty Vehicle Disclosure Label is a two part form. The first ply, window copy, is ledger paper with two strips of transfer tape. The second ply, dealer copy, is premium bond paper. Both plies are printed in black ink with black carbon paper, size 11" x 10".
