Dealer Additional Equipment and Services Label

The Dealer Supplemental Price Label lists any equipment or services that a dealership adds to or deletes from a vehicle after it leaves the factory as well as the retail price of those additions or deletions. The Dealer Supplemental Price label is on pressure sensitive label stock with 4 forms per sheet so that it can be clearly and conspicuously affixed in the window near the manufacturer's MSRP Label.
