I can’t find an item on your website. Does it mean it’s not available?

No. We produce many custom products. Contact us with specifications, or mail a sample and we’ll provide a quote to you.


I don’t have an eps file or vector file for my logo. What can I do?

No problem. Our designer can convert any file into a vector based file for a charge.

Why isn't my price the same as last month's price, last year's price?

Due to fluctuation in material and labor costs, all published prices are subject to change without notice. 

What is your Privacy Policy?

We respect your privacy. Any and all information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, disclosed to third parties or reused without your permission. Any information you give to us will be held with care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.


What is your Return Policy?

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return non-custom items for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase date. Refunds for items will be credited in the same form as the original payment type, minus restock fee. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please contact WATDA Services for a Return Authorization number and address before shipping your product. Include a copy of the packing slip with the return.

Returns due to Obsolescence: Once WATDA is notified that a form will be changing, no returns will be accepted on that form.


What is your Shipping Policy?

We offer a special shipping rate of $14.75 per online order on most items when shipping to the lower 48 states. You can expect your order to ship within 2 business days, unless it's imprinted or stated otherwise on the product page. Our standard method is ground shipping. At this time we are unable to provide you with the option to specify your carrier of choice with online orders.You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. Heavier products can be shipped, but not through the online ordering system. So please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss ordering options. Some products can be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or Mexico. So please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss ordering options.

How many forms should I order?

Typically WATDA is notified about forms changes about three months in advance. In rare circumstances changes may be implemented immediately. Regardless, your dealership should order forms with the understanding that they may change quickly and obsolescence may occur. WATDA will not exchange obsolete forms once we have been notified of the change.
