The WBA 431S(B) is the "old" 431S without prefilled fees for those who do not wish to have the maximum late and unsatisfied check fee areas permitted under the Wisconsin Consumer Act prefilled in the applicable blank spaces.
Other than the fact that the WBA 431S has prefilled fees and the WBA 431S(B) does not have prefilled fees, the forms are the same.
Dealers are responsible for determining which form to use (although Chase will not approve purchase of the WBA 431S(B)). Neither WATDA the WBA nor FIPCO recommends one form over the other. The choice of which form to use is the dealer's choice.
