If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return non-custom items for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase date. Refunds for items will be credited in the same form as the original payment type, minus a restocking fee. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Please contact WATDA Services for a Return Authorization number and address before shipping your product. Include a copy of the packing slip with the return.

Returns due to Obsolescence: Once WATDA is notified that a form will be changing, no returns will be accepted on that form.
